In view of the rapid deployment and increasing demands, it was felt the need to extend the area of ​​intervention, with consequent expansion of the facilities, which occurred in 1984.

In 1992 the unit was inaugurated in Lousada, in 1996 in Marco de Canaveses, in 2001 in Alpendurada and in 2007 in Paredes.Estas units arise following requests from the population, who attend CMAS in Penafiel.

All this growth forces the organizational change, which accompanies the expansion of the activity and the number of employees involved. Thus, in 2003, CMAS became CMAS SA.

Meanwhile, in 1999, the CMAS building in Penafiel, with 8 floors, has been perfectly built to suit our growth. It should be noted that, at the moment, it has occupancy rates close to 100%.

Having verified a need of proximity of our users, in 2007 we opened facilities in the city of Paredes. The objective remains in the association of quality - comfort - convenience.

In 2008 the CMAS building was inaugurated in Lousada, corresponding to a need that had been felt, in a location with excellent location and easy accessibility.
